2. Legal Terms & Binding Agreement

By visiting, accessing, or placing an order on [www.mobilegaragehk.com](https://www.mobilegaragehk.com), you explicitly enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and agree to be bound by our standard operating policies:

  • Cancellation & Administrative Fees: Order cancellations processed within 72 hours of purchase are subject to a 10% administrative fee, or a minimum fixed handling fee of USD $2.50 (HK$20), whichever is higher. Cancellations submitted after 72 hours or orders Returned to Sender (RTS) incur a 20% administrative fee.

  • Pre-Order Finality: Pre-order cancellations ALWAYS incur non-negotiable administrative fees (10% within 72h / 20% after 72h) to preserve inventory allocation. Fee waivers do not apply to Pre-orders, including refunds issued via Shop Credit. Factory release delays (ETA shifts) do not qualify for fee exemptions.

  • Shop Credit Final Settlement: Accepting a refund in Shop Credit constitutes a Final Settlement. By accepting Shop Credit, the customer explicitly waives all rights to file or pursue payment disputes and chargebacks.

  • Mandatory Claims Evidence: Claims concerning transit damage, missing items, or defective collectibles require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer mailer. Claims submitted without valid video proof will be rejected.

  • EU Directive 2023/2673 Statutory Exceptions: EU residents exercising their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal are exempt from standard cancellation fees, but must bear the full direct cost of returning the parcel to our facility in Hong Kong. Items returned with opened manufacturer seals or damaged collectible packaging are subject to a 50%–100% market value depreciation deduction.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
